There's a moment many high-functioning people arrive at — not a breakdown, but a quiet, unsettling recognition. The life they've built looks right from the outside. The achievements are real. The self-awareness is genuine. And yet something underneath it all feels misaligned. Like they've been running someone else's program for so long they've forgotten they ever had their own.
That moment is where my work begins.
I'm Lisa, Clarity Advisor and Alchemist, Founder of The Risen Mind, and Founding Faculty of the School of Spiritual Intelligence. I am a builder and a developer of people. Across two decades I have opened and operated businesses, managed and trained teams, mentored professionals into their own success, and led from the front — inspiring others to rise to a standard they didn't know they were capable of. I have served on both local and state industry boards of directors. In every context the work was the same at its core — helping people find the structure to step into their own authority. That breadth of real world experience isn't background detail. It's the foundation of my authority to lead others through their own transformation.
Alongside that career I spent decades as a serious self-directed student of psychology, human behavior, cognitive function, and energetic intelligence — applying what I learned not theoretically but in the field, with real people navigating real challenges. I am currently engaged in Chase Hughes NCI Graduate School, an elite program in advanced human behavior and influence.
What I bring to my clients is pattern recognition forged across two decades of leading people, studying behavior, and doing the most rigorous inner work of my own life. I help high-functioning, self-aware individuals reveal the unconscious structure quietly running their life. Through deep listening and energetic discernment I see the invisible architecture beneath decisions, relationships, wealth patterns, and identity — the belief systems, emotional loops, and identity structures shaping a life from below the surface. My role is to reflect that structure back precisely, without distortion, so truth can surface and sovereignty can return.
Alchemy is the transmutation of confusion into clarity, fear into power, and fragmentation into coherence. When clarity returns, everything reorganizes.
